This class is a fusion of traditional West African dance and tribal rhythms for mums who wish to bring their baby/toddler along for the class (though you are free to come child-free!). It’s a great body workout, a place to meet other mums and an opportunity to break free and release! Simply bring whatever your baby/child may need to assist them to be comfortable and entertained while you dance. The music is often all that’s required.
