The Maribyrnong City Council web site has hundreds of pages of information about Council and community services.
The information is organised by topic and includes navigation aids as well as special features to make the web site more accessible for people with a disability.

| Documents for Download and Links to External Web Sites | | Documents for download and links to external web sites are found at the bottom of each page in a section called 'Links'. Check the 'Links' area for any documents or organisations mentioned in the text on a page. All links will open in a new web window.
Downloading Files and Documents Documents for download are in Microsoft Word or Portable Dislay Format (PDF), or wherever possible, in both formats. When a document is selected for download a screen is displayed with information on the file format and the approximate download time using a 33K modem.
Links to External Web Sites Links to external web sites are found at the bottom of a page in the 'Links' area. When a link is selected, an alert screen warns users they are exiting the Council web site. To proceed users must then click on the displayed web site address.

| Printer Friendly Pages | | A printer friendly button is available on each page. Use this to print a page without the web site menus. If your page contains a thumbnail map you may also need to print the page containing the enlarged map image. | |
| Accessibility | | The website is designed to ensure compliance with world wide standards for disability access. The site is W3C Level A compliant, with additional features from Level AA and Level AAA.
