Families can apply online using the online portal or complete an application form (below) for each child and submit in person or by post.
Families applying online for the first time need to create an account. Once an account is created, the portal will identify the family by the login email address and unique password. If the password is forgotten a temporary password will be sent to the email address upon request. Follow the on screen instructions to create a new password.
When completing an online application please ensure it is filled correctly, electronic copies of the required documents are uploaded and the application fee is paid (where applicable) before submitting to Maribyrnong City Council.
After the application is submitted, families will receive an email to the address provided confirming the application.
Once the application is processed by Council the child’s details will appear on the home page when logging into the system.

In person at Maribyrnong Council Offices with required documentation attached and payment by cash, cheque, credit card or EFTPOS.
By post with required documentation enclosed and payment by cheque or money order payable to Maribyrnong City Council (please do not send cash by post).
