There are a few ways of getting to Phoenix by public transport. They are:

223-Yarraville-Highpoint
From Highpoint you get off at stop Footscray Bus Depot, Buckley Street(Phoenix is located across the street from the stop)
From Yarraville you get off at stop Bliston, Buckley Street
411/412 Laverton-Footscray
From Laverton get off at Footscray Bus Depot on Buckley Street
From Footscray get off at Bliston stop on Buckley Street (Phoenix is located across the street from the stop)
Trains
Sydenham
Werribee
Williamstown
Sydenham Line
Head to Middle Footscray Station, jump off and head right on Victoria street, under the rail bridge, then take your first turn on the left at the lights. This is Buckley Street and we are at no. 72 a few minutes on the left.
Werribee/Willaimstown Line
At Footscray Station, exit on the platform four side head right past the police station and turn right at the traffic lights. continue straight past Victoria University and the paint shop. This is Buckley Street, we are about 800mts up the road.
