| In a Victorian first, the Municipal Public Health Plan has been incorporated into the Council Plan 2009-2013, with a commitment to wellbeing underpinning the entire plan.
Each action works towards achieving key wellbeing outcomes for the community.

| The Council Plan was adopted by Council in June 2009 and annual reviews will be undertaken.
