MAC offers the popular Les Mills range of group fitness classes. With heaps of classes every week, offering everything from rejuvenating Body Balance to energising Body Pump, we're sure to have the class you want!
Classes are available on a casual basis, or as part of a membership package. Come and check out the fully-sprung floor in our exercise studio - installed especially to protect your body from stress during exercise sessions.

| Over 50s Programs | | We offer specially designed programs for older adults. As accredited partners of the Council on the Ageing (COTA), we provide the very popular Living Longer Living Stronger Strength Training Program. Our low impact and gentle exercise classes are suitable for those returning to exercise after inactivity, rehabilitation or therapy, or simply wishing to stay flexible and fit! | Health Club Membership | | Why not take advantage of our total fitness package and enrol in a Health Club Membership, which entitles you to participate in a number of Group Fitness Classes, full use of our gym facilities and unlimited lap pool use. | |
