Children’s Week

Children's Week is a national celebration that recognises the talents, skills, achievements and rights of children across Australia.

Children's Week 2024 will take place from Saturday 19 October to Sunday 27 October 2024 and Council will host a range of engaging events and activities across the City to celebrate this important week.

The theme for 2024 is "Children have the right to a clean and safe environment" which is based on Article 31 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
