CWA International Women's Day Morning Tea

Come along and enjoy the Country Women's Association's (CWA) Morning Tea to acknowledge International Women's Day.

You'll spend the morning cooking, chatting, and making curried egg sandwiches, scones, pinwheels, delicious fruit tarts and carrot cake.

There will also be comments from guest speaker Diane from Gathering Threads! 

This event is part of Maribyrnong City Council’s International Women’s Day celebrations. Recognised annually around the world on March 8 to acknowledge the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women – while also marking a call to action for accelerating gender equality.
