Ethiopian Cooking with a twist
Who would like to experience Saida’s delicious Ethiopian baos with a doro wot and tibbs filling? A beautiful Buddha bowl will also include aromatic Alicha (potatoes, carrots, cabbage and green beans) a beetroot salad, and a spicy lentil dahl, chickpeas all toasted with crisped injera!
