Meditation for Stress Management
Nadia will take you on a journey of relaxation, mindfulness and meditation to help you manage the stresses of life.
This class will also be streamed online, so you have the option of attending the class onsite, or staying in the comfort of your own home. After you have enrolled online, a Zoom Meeting link will be sent to you prior to class commencement.
