Tai Chi For Health


This gentle form of Tai Chi is for participants aged 65+ years. Tai Chi techniques are simple, elegant and easy movements. All fitness levels welcome.

There is no cost to participate in the programs. Participants will be required to complete a short health questionnaire prior to starting the programs. To register for these programs, please contact the Centre on 9032 4305.
