'Use it or lose it' Gentle Yoga - AMCS


Due to COVID-19, Maribyrnong Community Centre is currently closed and this program will therefore not take place in Term 2. View a list of programs that are being offered online during this time here.

Practiced in a pain-free, safe environment, yoga improves strength, flexibility and balance of both body and mind. The benefits can be many from improved sleep, stress reduction and enhanced breathing function to helping with pain from ailments, memory, concentration and much more.

Bring along a pillow and small blanket.
