Get Active! at Home Series

The Get Active! at Home Series is an interactive online program that consists of over 20 different free and live 6-week physical activity programs.

The Series runs from Monday 4 May to Sunday 14 June.

How do I get involved? 

Step 1: Complete an online registration form for your household

Register here

Step 2: Download your Get Active! at Home Series interactive calendar

Once you have completed an online registration form, you will receive a confirmation email including a link to download your Get Active! at Home Series interactive calendar.

Step 3: Access the online programs in the comfort of your own home

Use your interactive calendar to access the online programs. The calendar will also include brief descriptions of each program and information about how to use each online platform.


What programs are included? 

The Get Active! at Home Series has physical activity options for children, adults and seniors of all physical abilities and fitness levels.

Mondays

  • Gentle Yoga, 11-11:45am
  • Move it Monday, 1-1:30pm
  • Adult Jazz Dance Class, 6:15-7:15pm

Tuesdays

  • Kids Beginner Gymnastics, 8:30-9am
  • Team Training, 12-12:40pm
  • Bollywood Dance Fitness, 7-7:45pm

Wednesday

  • Kids Beginner Gymnastics, 8:30-9am
  • Beginner Flamenco Dancing, 6-6:40pm

Thursday 

  • Kids Beginner Gymnastics, 8:30-9am
  • Women's Only Yoga, 10-11am
  • Team Training, 12-12:40pm
  • Tai Chi for Health, 2-2:45pm
  • Adult Hip Hop Dance, 7:15-8:15pm

Friday

  • Music for Hip Toddlers, 10-10:45am
  • Light Weights for Older Adults, 10:30-11:30am
  • Beginner Latin Dance, 7:30-8:30pm

Saturday

  • Taekwondo Fitness, 8-8:30am
  • Taekwondo for Beginners, 9-9:45am
  • Yoga for All, 10:15-11:15am
  • Art & Music Therapy, 11:30-12:15pm

Sunday

  • Free your neck and shoulders, 9-10am
