If you live in a complex with more than 10 dwellings, you need to refer any matters relating to your bins and waste management, including hard rubbish collections, to your owners corporation or building manager.

If you have followed all the necessary requirements to have your bins collected and your bins were not emptied, you can contact us so that we may assist you. Please note, you must have placed your bin in the correct place, at the correct time, or you will have to wait until the next scheduled collection service.

Apply for an additional bin - residential

If you need an additional bin you can apply to Council but you must be the owner of the property.  Only the owner can apply due to the costs associated with additional bins. A copy of the application for an additional bin - residential form can be downloaded below.

Request a replacement bin

If your bin has gone astray and you're unaware of its whereabouts you need to complete a statutory declaration and submit it to Council for consideration.
