Flood Rebate Application

Your general rates including the municipal charge rebate will be adjusted by 50%.

Approval for this application will only be granted on the basis that the dwelling is still impacted by the 2022 October flood event and acceptable supporting documentation is provided such as:

• Current, dated photographs of continued damage to the dwelling.
• Scope of works documentation when works are expected to be completed (this could be from your insurance company).

To complete the application you will need your rates assessment number which can be found on your rates assessment notice.
