Footscray Art Prize

The Footscray Art Prize gives artists from across the country an exciting opportunity to promote their art practice in a professional platform and bring their art to life in the vibrant arts community of central Footscray in Melbourne’s inner west, as well as a share in $17,500 worth of prizes.
It contributes to Footscray's reputation as a thriving cultural hub that supports and fosters the arts, and provides an opportunity to celebrate this artistic vibrancy and creativity. The Footscray Art Prize is a biennial non-acquisitive visual art prize for contemporary artworks across multiple platforms and disciplines.
