Qigong and Tai Chi

Join us at Footscray Library for a weekly Qigong and Tai Chi class.

Qigong and Tai Chi are safe and gentle forms of exercise which originated in China hundreds of years ago. It is a mind and body practice involving body movements, postures, breathing and mental focus. Today, Qigong and Tai Chi are practiced worldwide as safe and effective exercise for health, fitness and wellbeing.

People of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Weather permitting and bookings not required, just come along in comfortable clothing and runners.

Where: Footscray Library, 56 Paisley Street, Footscray
When: 10.30-11.30am Tuesdays (November 22 and 29, December 6, 13 and 20, January 17, 24 and 31, February 7, 14, 21 and 28)
