lynda.com is an online learning site that hosts a constantly growing library of over 3,000 courses that include over 130,000 videos. Courses cover a variety of topics (including business, design, web development and multimedia skills) and software (Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and open source applications) that can help you pursue personal and professional goals. You will need your library card number and pin to access lynda.com.




The popular on-demand film streaming service Kanopy is now available for free at Maribyrnong Library Service. Library card holders can access Kanopy and sign up to start streaming now.



Digital reproductions of the following newspapers are now available online at Maribyrnong Library Service.

Please note that these newspapers are only available via our public PCs and wifi network. Not available for home use.


Libby by OverDrive

Libby by OverDrive is a brand new app for all your eReading needs. Simply select your library service and log in using your library card number and pin. Libby is available from the App Store and the Google Play Store.

Existing users can continue using the OverDrive app until further notice.


RBDigital eMagazines

RBDigital allows you to read your favourite magazines on your home computer, tablet, or smart phone. Choose from a great range of titles on food, gardening, wellbeing, sport, travel, fashion and home design.

RBDigital has replaced Zinio for Libraries.              


CHOICE Magazine

CHOICE Magazine is now available through Flipster.        It includes current issues and an archive of the last two years of publications.


BorrowBox Library

The BorrowBox Library app makes it easy to browse, borrow and listen to your library's eBooks and eAudiobooks anywhere and everywhere. Once you have downloaded the app, follow the link above to start browsing. You will need your library card number and PIN.



Tumblebook Library is a curated database of children's eBooks. You will need your library card number.
