Join us in the Footscray Library Courtyard for Qigong and Tai Chi classes! These gentle and safe exercises, originating from China centuries ago, blend body movements, postures, breathing, and mental focus to promote overall health, fitness, and wellbeing. People of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. The session will run fortnightly - weather permitting. There's no need to book, just wear comfortable clothing and runners.
