Generally speaking, 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes is what everyone should aspire to. The type of workout and regularity really depends on your health and fitness goals and a number of factors need to be considered. If you have concerns about not exercising enough, or too much, you can speak with one of our Health Club trainers. If you have existing medical conditions you should speak with your medical practitioner. Keep in mind that any exercise is better than none.
