Virtual Group Fitness Class Timetable

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic we have temporarily suspended our regular group fitness class timetable.

Instead, we are pleased to be able to offer virtual group fitness classes as part of our MAC at Home Series to help keep you on track in reaching your fitness goals.

Below you will find the timetable for the MAC at Home Series which will remain in place until such time that we can safely resume with our usual group fitness classes.

To register your attendance at any of our virtual group fitness classes simply select the Register by email button and email us your full name and your contact phone number and we will email you the link and password so you can access the virtual group fitness class.
