MAC Rescue and Aquatic program

The MAC Rescue and Aquatic Class is a specialist 58-minute social and recreational water safety program for students aged 10 - 17 years old who possess a higher ability of confidence in the water.

These lessons are ideal if you want to continue a once per week structured lesson as part of a group with a class size of up to 10 students.

To be a part of this program you must be swimming at a high level, perform survival strokes, and know the fundamentals of swimming. You can arrange an assessment of your ability by getting in touch with our Customer Service team.
