What is the Online Client Portal?

The Online Client Portal allows you to manage your membership or your casual visit at your convenience. 

What about my privacy?

The information will be used by Council for these primary purposes or directly related purposes. Council may not be able to provide a service as a consequence should this information not be provided. Council may disclose personal information to third parties and service providers where necessary for us to provide our services to you including payments processors, emergency services or other medical providers required to treat, transport or otherwise assist you or your dependent in the event of a medical emergency. The information provided will not otherwise be disclosed unless required by law.

How do I get access to the Online Client Portal?

When you want to visit the Centre next just visit the Online Client Portal and make your selection from the service options and then you will be prompted to create your profile.  It takes about a minute to create.

How do I pay for my visit?

The Online Client Portal includes a secured payment area and all you need to provide are the usual details for a valid Visa or MasterCard.

What if I have trouble using the Online Client Portal due to differing abilities?

If for any reason you are unable to create a profile or make a booking via the Online Client Portal, please contact us to discuss your options.
