Seniors Week - Morning Melodies and light lunch with Jen and Phil

Seniors Week

Get Crafty and ‘Imagine’

John Lennon released the song ‘Imagine’, on the 8th of October 1971. On the 44th anniversary of this famous song, we are celebrating its words and sentiment during Seniors Week.

If you are arty or crafty, bring along something you have made which recalls for you John Lennon’s words. You might win a mystery prize!

All craft entries will be displayed at the library for all to enjoy until the end of October, with your permission of course.

The library is now seeking suitable volunteers who have a positive approach, desire and an interest in working with aged, frail and disabled residents.
Interested applicants are required to attend an initial information session.
This session will be held at the Footscray Library Conference Room on Friday 20th November from 10-11 am. Please register HERE to attend this session or phone 9688 0290
