Learner drivers between the age of 16 and 21 who do not have access to a supervising driver or vehicle can apply to take part in the TAC L2P Program, which assists learner drivers to gain the driving experience required to apply for a probationary licence.

Young learner drivers are paired with a fully licensed volunteer mentor with access to a vehicle being provided to gain valuable driving experience.
