Student placements

Maribyrnong Youth Services is committed to developing and maintaining a highly-skilled and professional workforce of Youth Workers. As part of this commitment we support Youth Work students to complete their fieldwork placements within our service, providing valuable experience and skill development to help them transition into employment.

At Maribyrnong Youth Services, we take on student for placement who are:
- Studying their Bachelor Degree or above in Youth Work/Studies (Victoria University/ RMIT)
- Have a current Working with Children Check
- We also give preference to those who live in our municipality.
