Yarraville Twilight Sessions

Yarraville Twilight Sessions will bring a series of live music events to the Yarraville Village precinct from February to August. Organised by local musician and producer Adam Coad and featuring a diverse mix of established and emerging performers, the series aims to transform public spaces and draw locals and visitors together, energising the area’s nighttime economy.

The first event was held on Saturday 28 February to a packed audience at the Cornershop, and was followed by an open-air gig under the trees outside Alfa on Saturday 25 April, which featured The Rebelles. On 18 July the Yarraville Seniors Centre was transformed into a Social Hall where audiences enjoyed intimate live performances alongside a seasonal shared menu from acclaimed local chef James Cornwall.

Step into a one-of-a-kind musical experience at the stunning Sun Theatre for an evening that celebrates local creativity, collaboration, and community. The Inner West Symphony Orchestra (IWSO) string section will be performing original works by local songwriters and composers, alongside the artists themselves. From high school students to retirees, the lineup represents a rich cross-section of Melbourne’s west, showcasing stories and sounds that are deeply personal, diverse, and uniquely local.
