Online Comment Policy

Maribyrnong Youth Services communicates primarily through two social media platforms: Facebook and Instagram. We also engage with the community via our digital civic engagement platform, the Youth Hub .

We encourage respectful and courteous participation on all of our platforms.

We value the contributions and comments of our community members and strive to maintain a positive environment. Please note that all platforms are regularly monitored.

Community guidelines

We ask that all interactions remain respectful and appropriate. Any individuals conducting themselves in an inappropriate manner towards others, or whose behaviour is not consistent with our values, may be restricted from accessing our platforms.

Any comments or material deemed sexually explicit, profane, obscene, harassing, fraudulent, racially offensive or insensitive, defamatory, unlawful, or in contradiction with any Council policy or official position will be removed, along with any further necessary action.
