Join us at the Phoenix Youth Centre to obtain your Responsible Service of Alcohol!

This course provides you with the knowledge and training to responsibly sell, serve, or supply alcohol.

It covers responsible practices in all settings where alcohol is sold, served, or supplied, including on-site product tastings. This training increases your confidence and equips you to meet the legal requirements for serving or selling alcohol.

This training ensures you can provide your customers with a responsible alcohol experience.

These skills are applicable in bars, restaurants, cafes, clubs, hotels, licensed attractions, functions, exhibitions, conferences, aged care facilities, hospitals, defence forces, in-flight and other transport services, community settings and assist in meeting workplace safety compliance.

Course delivery

The course content is provided via video, PowerPoint presentations, small group scenarios and pouring practise. Post course online assessment done in class to complete your course.

Statement of Attainment

Upon successful completion of both the theoretical and practical assessments for this nationally recognised training, students will be awarded a Statement of Attainment for "Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol (SITHFAB021)".

RSA Certificate

Participants also receive the Liquor Control Victoria RSA certificate. Participants must bring their own electronic device (laptop or iPad). If they do not have access to one, we will provide one.
