Braybrook Bike Program
The Braybrook Bike Program provides hands-on instruction for young people to learn bicycle maintenance and repair skills. Through activities like tire fixing, brake adjustments, and gear tuning, young people gain practical knowledge and confidence.
Additionally, the program promotes teamwork, responsibility, and environmental awareness by encouraging cycling as a sustainable transportation option. Workshops often incorporate safety education, fostering a culture of safe riding practices.
Who can join in?
Young people aged 12 to 18 years who live, work, study or hang out in the City of Maribyrnong.
Timing
Every second Wednesday through the school terms, 3:30-5.30pm
