First Aid Course

Join us at the Phoenix Youth Hub to obtain your First Aid certification!

This course aims to equip you and your team with essential first responder skills, such as CPR and handling various first aid emergencies. You will earn a certification (HLTAID011 Provide First Aid) that is valid for three years when you complete our first aid course. This certification validates your skills and gives you the confidence to provide first aid effectively in emergency situations.

This course is being delivered by HERO.

Important information:

• Once registered, you will have three weeks to complete the online modules (approx. 1 hour).
• For help with USI verification or online learning, please contact Customer Experience on 1300 054 563 or bookings@herohq.co
• Physical requirement: you must complete 4 minutes of CPR (compressions and breaths) on the ground to be issued a certificate. Notify us early if you need adjustments.
