Midsumma Festival 2018

Midsumma Festival is Victoria's premier LGBTQIA+ cultural festival, made for and by communities who live with shared experiences around diverse gender and sexuality. The three-week festival is held in summer each year bringing a diverse mix of artists, performers, communities and audiences together for a celebration and innovative presentation of queer arts and culture.

Open Studios in the West 2017

Take a self-guided tour through the creative hubs of local artists, performers, collectives and designers, as well as a number of permanent gallery spaces and exhibitions, and be fascinated by the sanctums from which artists explore their inspiration and create.

Together Apart Rapid Relief Fund

The Together Apart Rapid Relief Fund is designed to support the local arts sector during Covid-19 by providing emergency relief and the opportunity to continue to work, share their practice with the wider community and innovate through digital platforms.

One Night in Footscray

Since 2017 we've been spending One Night in in Footscray where you can discover the galleries, bars and hidden in-between spaces within our city. Exhibitions, food, live music, performance and interactive art installations will collide for one night! This free program has something for everyone!

We acknowledge that we are on the traditional lands of the Kulin Nation. We offer our respect to the Elders of these traditional lands, and through them to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples past, present and emerging.
