Push your limits with this fast-paced, full-body workout designed to build strength, boost endurance and burn maximum energy. Using a mix of cardio drills, functional movements and resistance training, this class will challenge you to work hard and feel empowered. Suitable for all fitness levels with options to scale intensity.

Women and female identifying people aged 18 years and over.
What to bring
Active wear, towel and water bottle.

Please tell the facilitator at the start of the session if you have any injuries or restrictions to movement so that these can be accommodated.

Maribyrnong Girls Can Week
This year, Council is excited to host Maribyrnong Girls Can Week from Sunday 26 October to Sunday 2 November 2025.
Across the week, there will be more than 25 free programs designed for women and girls of all ages to move, connect and have fun in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Maribyrnong Girls Can encourages women to bring friends and participate together, fostering a supportive community atmosphere. By breaking down barriers to participation, we aim to inspire all women to embrace physical activity and enhance their health and wellbeing.
