50 Metre Indoor

MAC features a 50 metre heated indoor pool, perfect for recreational and lap swimming, swimming lessons, squad training and school carnivals. The pool can be configured to operate at either 25 metre or 50 metre lengths and 8 lap lanes across. The 50 metre pool has full ramp access.

The configuration of the pool changes daily according to programming, below is a summary of the configuration:

During the school term

50 metre configuration: The main pool is configured to 50 metre from 5:45am-8:30am and from 8:30pm-10pm Monday to Friday.

25 metre configuration: The main pool is configured at 25 metre from 9am-8:30pm Monday to Friday and all day on weekends.

MAC endeavours to have 3 lanes available for lap swimmers at any time throughout our opening hours.

School holidays and public holidays

Depending on bookings and MAC programming, the main pool with be configured as per the above times with potential for greater time at the 50 metre configuration.

At any time MAC reserves the right to change the configuration and increase or decrease the available lap lanes without prior notice.  Please check pool and lane availability as space maybe limited.
