Looking for a fun, focused way to boost your fitness? Small Group Training at MAC offers personalised coaching in a motivating, team-based environment. With limited class sizes, our expert trainers can tailor each session to help you build strength, improve technique, and stay accountable—no matter your fitness level.

Small Group Training consists of no more than five people to motivate and inspire you to reach your fitness goals. This class is only available to members of MAC and is held in both the indoor and outdoor areas of the gym. 

Our instructors offer practical, hands on advice to help you take your training to the next level.

Active Gold

Stay stronger for longer! Active Gold is designed for older adults who want to increase their physical activity and improve their ability to perform everyday tasks. This low-impact, functional session focuses on strength, balance, and mobility in a welcoming group setting. It’s a great way to stay active and independent.

Active Teens

MAC’s Active Teens class is designed exclusively for youth members aged 13–17 with an Active Teen membership. The class focuses on proper technique, strength development, and cardiovascular health. Our trained instructors work closely with participants to help them build confidence, improve fitness, and achieve their goals.

HIIT & Run

Looking for a fast, high-intensity workout? HIIT & Run is a 30-minute total body burner that will get your heart pumping and muscles working. Perfect for people on the go, this class fits seamlessly into a busy schedule while delivering serious results.  

Stability

Improve your posture, strengthen your core, and increase your flexibility in this functional training session. Stability focuses on strengthening your abdominal and back muscles to support everyday movement and reduce the risk of injury. A great class for improving mobility and quality of life.

StrengthX

This 45-minute class fuses classic barbell movements with powerful callisthenics training to help you reach your full potential. Centred around the king of lifts, the barbell squat, each session pairs callisthenics like pull-ups and push-ups to build raw strength, mobility, and total-body control.
