Les Mills BodyPump
Strength That Builds Confidence If you’re looking to tone up, build lean muscle, and boost your metabolism, Les Mills BodyPump is a must. This barbell-based class uses light weights and high reps to give you a total-body workout. It’s suitable for all fitness levels and is a great intro to resistance training in a supportive, music-driven environment.
Indoor Cycling
