Introducing StrengthX at MAC

Looking for a new workout to heat up your winter? We’re excited to launch our new 45-minute strength hybrid class, StrengthX.
Held in the gym at MAC and limited to just five participants, this class fuses classic barbell movements with powerful callisthenics training to help you reach your full potential.
Centred around the king of lifts, the barbell squat, each session pairs calisthenics like pull-ups and push-ups to build raw strength, mobility, and total-body control.
Whether you're lifting, pulling, or pushing, every movement is designed to challenge your muscular endurance, stability, and coordination.
The “X” stands for the crossover, where traditional strength training meets bodyweight mastery. Expect to move with purpose, push your limits, and walk out stronger every session.

- Wednesdays: 6 pm
