We’re excited to launch CardioCore45, a brand new trial group fitness class led by the energetic and experienced Julie. This 45 minute session is running for a 4 week trial in August, and we’re calling on all members to come along, give it a go and help us make it a permanent part of the timetable.
CardioCore45 is a high-energy class that combines heart-pumping cardio with focused core work. It’s designed to get you sweating, strengthen your midsection and leave you feeling strong and accomplished. With Julie leading the way, you can expect an engaging, motivating workout that pushes you while still catering to all fitness levels.
This is your chance to try something new, challenge yourself and be part of a potential new class at MAC. If we get strong attendance and positive feedback during the trial, we’ll look at making CardioCore45 a regular feature on our group fitness schedule.
So grab a mat, bring your energy and join Julie every Monday at 6.30pm. Let’s make this trial a success and keep the good vibes going.
