All Learn to Swim (LTS) members can now freeze their membership for either two or four weeks over the summer break.
This means you won’t have access to the great range of activities we’ve got planned at MAC, but it gives you and your family more flexibility and ensures you keep your place for 2026.
Simply call us on 9032 4100 or visit us at MAC before with your nominated dates from the options below.
Freezing is a better option than cancelling, as it means the student will stay enrolled in the program and ready to start in 2026.
Regularly swimming outside of lessons is a great way to maintain your skills and improve your swimming fitness. Summer is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the water with family and friends. Plus, continuing your membership means that you can visit MAC as often as you like to cool off on those hot days, catch a Dive in Movie or play on the giant inflatables.
Freezing the membership keeps you enrolled in the program at MAC, so you don’t lose your place for 2026.
You’re still welcome to visit MAC, but you’ll need to unfreeze your membership and normal fees will be reinstated. Alternatively, you can also pay for a casual entry while on freeze.
Yes, you can freeze one membership and keep access for the other children on your account.
No. Only the above dates are available to freeze your LTS membership. The dates align with the fortnightly direct debit calendar. Scheduled direct debits fall on 24 December 2025 and 7 January 2026.
Yes, adult swimmers can also freeze their direct debit membership.
Lessons resume from Wednesday 28 January 2026.
We cannot accept late freeze requests or apply them retrospectively, so please contact Customer Service by 5pm on 22 December 2025.
You will receive an automated email confirming your freeze and dates. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If you still do not have this email, please contact MAC as soon as possible.
