Our Women’s Only Program is held on select Sunday evenings between 6:30pm and 8:30pm, and 7:00pm and 9:00pm during daylight savings.
Women and girls of all ages can exercise and socialise together in this female-only environment, including lifeguards and MAC staff. All pool areas are available for use including leisure pool, lap pool, warm water exercise pool, steam room, sauna and spa. No bookings are required.
Please note that MAC's Watch Around Water Policy applies at all times.
At MAC’s Women's Nights, the facility is reserved exclusively for women and girls to enjoy a comfortable and inclusive aquatic environment. To maintain this space, only male children aged 6 and under are permitted entry with a female guardian. This ensures the evening remains a safe and respectful environment for all attendees, while still accommodating young families.
