International Men's Health Week is celebrated every year around the world and it is an opportunity to highlight the importance of men's health, and to promote and support the health and wellbeing of men and boys in our communities.
Men’s member breakfast

Kick-start your day with good food and great company at MAC’s Men’s Member Breakfast. We’ll be serving a light breakfast including cereals, fruit, and toast. It’s perfect for refuelling after a workout or catching up with mates in a relaxed, welcoming space.

Men’s strength and conditioning aqua class

Held in the shallow end of the pool, this dynamic, low-impact water-based class is designed specifically for men to build strength, power, and endurance. Using water resistance and functional movements, the session targets major muscle groups while supporting joint health—ideal for those seeking an effective workout without the strain of land-based training.
Suitable for all fitness levels – no swimming experience required.
Post-workout, stick around for a coffee and a casual chat with other men from the area. It’s a great way to unwind, connect, and build community.

The men’s shred – Circuit session
Saturday 14 June 2025 | 2-3:30pm
Run in the gym at MAC, The Men’s Shred is a fast-paced, 45-minute high-intensity interval training session designed to boost fitness, burn calories, and build strength. This class combines functional movements with cardio bursts for maximum impact in minimal time.
Suitable for all fitness levels.
After the session, we’ll head out for a group coffee to cool down and catch up in a relaxed, social setting.
