Our Women's only program is held on select Sunday evenings between 6.30pm and 8.30pm and 7.00pm and 9.00pm during daylight savings.
Women and girls of all ages can exercise and socialise together in this female only environment. All pool areas are available for use including leisure pool, lap pool, warm water exercise pool, steam room, sauna and spa. No bookings are required.
Join us for an Aqua aerobics class or a fun and informative swimming lesson. Both included in your entry fee.
Please note that under the Watch Around Water Policy, children under 5 years of age, must have a parent or guardian aged 16 years or over within arms reach at all times whilst within the Centre. Similarly, children aged between 5 and 10 years of age must be actively supervised at all times by a parent or guardian 16 years or over.
