Council's Putting Customers First Strategy (the Strategy) focuses on four priority areas for our customers:
- Services are easy to access to enable things to be done.
- Doing what we say we will do.
- People who care and take responsibility.
- Processes that are open, fair and inclusive.
The Strategy sets a clear, consistent approach so services are easy to access, easy to understand and reliable for our customers.
