About the Community Grants Program

Council's Community Grants Program provides funding to support projects that will benefit the Maribyrnong community.

The Program supports projects that address the following focus areas:

  • Encourage and remove barriers to participation in community life.
  • Build community and/or organisational capacity and strengthen networks.
  • Support community connectedness and/or wellbeing.
  • Provide opportunities for intergenerational and/or intercultural connection.

The Community Grants Program is scheduled to open next in July 2025.
