The recipients of Council’s 2023 Community Grants program have been announced, with 24 community groups sharing in a grant pool of $255,000.

Special projects and one-off events have been selected by an Independent Review Panel from 61 applications.

Common themes of this year's funded projects identified by the Independent Review Panel include building connections in the community, supporting mental health and wellbeing and opportunities for play for young people and families.

Applications for Council's 2024 Community Grants Program are expected to open mid-2024.
