Pay an infringement

If you receive an infringement notice you should pay or request an extension of time to pay by the due date to avoid additional costs.

If payment is not received, or an extension is not requested before the due date on the infringement notice, we will send a reminder which will include additional costs.

If the infringement continues to go unpaid once a reminder notice is issued, the matter may be referred to Fines Victoria or the Magistrates' Court resulting in further additional costs.
