Business Elevate Program
The Business Elevate Program for 2025/26 closed on 10 November 2025.
The Business Elevate Program is a Business to Business (B2B) voucher initiative designed to support small businesses within the City of Maribyrnong. Through this program, eligible small businesses can apply for $2,000 vouchers from a total funding pool of $100,000 to help take their business to the next level by engaging with a list of preferred business suppliers across a range of service categories.
Following the Expression of Interest process, a group of local businesses were selected as preferred business suppliers (please see listed below). These suppliers provided services to small business voucher recipients, offering tailored packages or services valued at $2,000+GST, along with an activation fee of $200+GST payable by the recipient.

2025/2026 guidelines and preferred business supplier offers
Program eligibility
To be eligible for the $2,000 (+GST) your business must:
- Be located within the City of Maribyrnong.
- Be financially viable.
- Have a clear understanding of the support you require through this program, and be able to articulate how it will help your business.
- Be willing to pay the Preferred Business Supplier a $200 (+GST) Activation Fee at the commencement of the program.
- Not owe any reports or money to Maribyrnong City Council.
- Have no outstanding compliance issues with Maribyrnong City Council.
