Council is developing a new vacant shopfront activation program to help bring empty shopfronts back to life across the City.
The program aims to connect property owners, landlords and prospective businesses to support the activation of vacant retail spaces, strengthen local business precincts, and create more vibrant, welcoming streets.
Further information, including program guidelines, eligibility criteria and application details, will be available from 1 September 2026.
