Wedding ceremony permit application
If you’re planning to hold your wedding ceremony in one of our beautiful parks or reserves you need to apply to book the space.
Wedding ceremonies are permitted at the following locations:
A maximum of one wedding ceremony may be held per day in any location listed above for a maximum of 150 guests. You do not need to book a park for your wedding photography.
How to apply?
Maribyrnong City Council considers the safety and wellbeing of its community a priority and is closely monitoring COVID-19.
We are receiving regular updates from the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and with the current public health situation in mind, we will not be accepting wedding ceremony permit applications in our parks as a precautionary measure.
We will update this page once wedding ceremony permit applications are being accepted.

How much does it cost?
Holding your wedding ceremony in one of our parks or reserves incurs a cost of $180 (GST inclusive) and includes $25 for the use of Council’s public liability insurance.
