Food Truck Applications Now Open!

Applications for food trucks at the Maribyrnong New Year's Eve Fireworks are now open!

Please note that applications are open to food trucks only. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept applications for marquee food stalls at this event.

As always, this is a highly competitive application process, with a limited number of food truck sites available.

How to Apply

To submit an Expression of Interest, please complete the application form using the link below.

Applications close Friday 2 October 2026. All applicants will be contacted following the closing date.

Applications will be assessed by the Event Manager to ensure each offering is appropriate for the event and that there is a balanced and diverse selection of food and beverage options available to attendees.

Please note that the final selection is at the discretion of Maribyrnong City Council.
