Council offers a free and confidential Older Adults Service Navigator to support older adults, their families, and carers in accessing aged care and community services.

The Aged Care and broader system can be difficult to navigate for older adults and their support network.

Our knowledgeable Service Navigator provides expert guidance regarding service options and eligibility.

The Service Navigator also facilitates referrals to My Aged Care as well as local health, social, and transport programs.

Referrals for this service can be made by emailing the Older Adults Service Navigator or calling council on (03) 9688 0200 and asking to speak to the Older Adults Service Navigator.
